Founding Years (2008–2012)
Thai Fertilizer was established in 2008 in Chonburi Province, Thailand, with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between high-quality fertilizer manufacturing and affordable pricing for emerging market farmers. Our founders, drawing on decades of experience in Southeast Asian agriculture, identified a critical need for reliable fertilizer supply chains connecting Thai production capacity with growing demand across Africa, South Asia, and Latin America.
During our first four years, we focused on building supplier relationships with raw material providers, establishing quality control protocols, and developing our initial product range of Urea 46-0-0 and NPK 15-15-15. Our first export contracts were with agricultural cooperatives in East Africa, where our consistent quality and competitive pricing quickly earned market trust.
Expansion & Growth (2013–2018)
Between 2013 and 2018, Thai Fertilizer invested heavily in production infrastructure. We expanded our blending facility to include automated production lines capable of producing 50,000 metric tons per month. Our product range grew to include DAP 18-46-0, MOP 0-0-60, MAP 12-61-0, and specialty formulations for specific crop requirements.
During this period, we established formal partnerships with major shipping lines including Maersk, MSC, and CMA CGM, enabling reliable CIF delivery to over 30 ports worldwide. Our annual export volume surpassed 100,000 metric tons, and we began serving government agricultural programs and large-scale commercial farming operations across three continents.
Global Reach (2019–Present)
Today, Thai Fertilizer is a fully integrated fertilizer manufacturing and export enterprise. Our Bo Win Industrial Area facility spans modern production warehouses with automated blending lines, an ISO-certified quality control laboratory, dedicated packaging halls, and climate-controlled storage capable of holding 15,000 metric tons of finished product at any time.
We now export to over 40 countries across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, North America, South America, and Oceania. Our annual production capacity exceeds 200,000 metric tons, and our client portfolio includes national agricultural cooperatives, multinational trading companies, government procurement agencies, and private fertilizer distributors.
Our product range has expanded to 11 core products spanning nitrogen fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, potash fertilizers, compound NPK blends, and organic options including Fish Emulsion 5-1-1 and Organic Fertilizer. We also offer custom formulation services for buyers with specific soil and crop requirements.

Every bag of Thai Fertilizer undergoes rigorous manufacturing and quality control procedures.
Raw Material Sourcing
We source raw materials from certified suppliers in Thailand, China, and Russia. Every incoming shipment of urea prills, phosphate rock, potash, and micronutrients is tested upon arrival at our facility. Materials that fail to meet our specifications are rejected before entering production.
Blending & Granulation
Our automated blending lines combine raw materials according to precise formulations developed by our agronomy team. For compound fertilizers like NPK 17-17-17 and NPK 20-20-20, we use rotary drum granulation with steam conditioning to produce uniform, hard granules that resist caking during storage and transport.
Coating & Finishing
Granular products receive anti-caking coating in dedicated coating drums. This ensures free-flowing characteristics even in high-humidity tropical storage conditions. Coating agents are food-grade and environmentally safe, meeting international agricultural standards.
Quality Control Testing
Our ISO-certified laboratory performs comprehensive testing on every production batch. Tests include nitrogen content analysis via Kjeldahl method, phosphorus content via spectrophotometry, potassium via flame photometry, moisture analysis, granule size distribution via sieve analysis, and hardness testing.
Only batches that pass all quality parameters receive our Certificate of Analysis (COA) and are released for packaging. Our laboratory maintains calibration records traceable to international standards, and we participate in inter-laboratory comparison programs to ensure accuracy.
Packaging & Warehousing
Finished product is packaged in our dedicated packaging hall using automated bagging systems. Standard packaging includes 50kg PP woven bags with PE liner, 25kg retail bags with custom printing, and 1000kg FIBC jumbo bags for bulk buyers. All packaging is moisture-resistant and designed for international ocean freight.
Packaged product is stored in our climate-controlled warehouse with capacity for 15,000 metric tons. Inventory is managed on a first-in-first-out basis, and every pallet is tracked by batch number for full traceability from production to delivery.
Export Logistics
Our logistics team coordinates container loading at our facility and manages all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, and bills of lading. We ship FOB Laem Chabang Port or CIF to your destination port worldwide.
